Why a Cape Verdean AI
Language and context matter. The big platforms don't speak Kriolu and don't know Morabeza or the day of Azáguas. An AI that serves Cape Verde has to be built with Cape Verde's reality.
The data exists — scattered. Legal acts, weather bulletins, cooperation flows, news. FRESKU gathers them, cites the source and returns them as useful answers.
Small markets deserve serious technology. Instead of one product waiting for scale, FRESKU grows area by area — each with a product that solves a real problem from day one.
