FRESKU AI is a product of ATUM FRESKU, a brand of RA Tecnologias, in Praia, Cape Verde. Any request about your data goes through the form at the end of this page.

What you write goes to our server and from there to the language-model provider, which writes the reply. We keep nothing: the conversation lives only in your browser while the page is open. Your IP address is counted, in memory and for minutes, to stop abuse, and is not stored.

Don't type passwords, card details, ID numbers or health data into the chat.

It becomes one email to us, delivered by an email service, and that is all that comes to exist: no account, no list, no database. If you want it deleted, ask.

No cookies, analytics or tracking. Your browser keeps, and only there, the language you chose and whether you see the building by day or by night. For now it also keeps an anonymous log of the page's last few starts while we investigate unexpected reloads; a copy reaches our server and is kept briefly. You can clear all of it in your browser settings.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of whatever we hold — nothing from the chat; from the form, the email we received — through the form below, and you can complain to Cape Verde's data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados. Everything travels encrypted, we don't sell data or share it for advertising, and if the site ever starts keeping more, this page changes first.

Access, correction or deletion: tell us what you want and, if it is about the form, which email you wrote from. It reaches us as one email, like the other, and we reply to the address you give.
